Jackson Sisters Contributing at Multiple Levels for Waterford

The Jackson sisters have really had an up and down year at Waterford High School. Junior outfielder, Kelly Jackson, has been on and off the field more times than she cares to count.

Her Freshman sister, Randee Jackson, has been up on Varsity and then down on JV depending on where she has been needed.

Thru it all, the girls have continued to play well and have contribute when given the opportunity.

Kelly Jackson started and performed well Tuesday night last against Union Grove (state rank 7) and went 1 for 2 against Michigan bound pitcher, Alice Fitzpatrick. She grounded out to to second base in her first at bat but later was able to push a bunt between third base and the pitcher for a hit.

Randee Jackson pitched at Junior Varsity again Tuesday night and had 8 strikeouts in 5 innings. Jackson walked no one and allowed only 4 hits in the contest. She was also 3 for 3 at the plate.

In the 5 Junior Varsity games Randee Jackson has pitched she has 46 strike outs, 8 walks, and only 5 earned earned runs in 24 innings.
